You will have access to the entire album digitally through my website with your own personalized link and access to your own slideshow customized by yours truly.

You can purchase and print your photos directly through my website, or I can help you design a customized album to order online. You’ll also receive a flash drive with all of your images and full reprint rights, so you can print them wherever you choose. If you need recommendations, I have a list of high-quality professional labs I’d be happy to share with you.

Both photographers will be on-site for up to 10 consecutive hours, or until all essential settings and moments have been adequately captured, as determined by the lead photographer.

Yes, additional coverage is available for up to 12 hours total. Our standard coverage includes up to 10 hours, and any time beyond that is billed at $200 per hour. Please note that we are unable to remain on-site for more than 12 consecutive hours.

Yes, at least one meal must be provided for both photographers. This should be the same meal served to guests and must be included in your catering headcount. We kindly ask that it not be a vendor meal or separate option, but the full meal provided to your guests.

All wedding packages include two professional photographers on-site for the full duration of your coverage. This ensures every important moment is captured from multiple angles and perspectives throughout the day.

You're welcome to create one if you’d like, but I already have a thorough pre-made list to ensure all important family and group photos are captured. This is something we’ll go over together during our meeting.

Yes! Around six months before your wedding, I love to meet with each couple to go over important details, get a feel for how your day will flow, and better understand your vision. This meeting helps me ensure your most meaningful moments are captured exactly how you imagine.

Depending on the package you choose, your total will be split into either three or six payments. The first payment is a non-refundable retainer that secures your date(s), and it must be paid through Square. After that, remaining payments can be made by cash or check, with checks made out to Cove Creek Photography LLC.

If the weather isn’t ideal for any session other than your wedding, we’ll simply reschedule to the next available date that works for both of us. I always want to make sure you get the best possible lighting and experience!

Yes, I will provide a contract for you to review and sign. Once it’s signed, we’ll move forward with the first payment to officially secure your date.

For regular sessions, your fully edited gallery will be delivered within 30 days of your session date. For weddings, the contract allows up to 6 months for delivery, but my current turnaround time is typically around 14-16 weeks. I also love to send out a sneak peek one week after your big day so you have something to enjoy while you wait!
